First Aid and CPR Level C training February 13, 2015

Congratulations to Dan Romanko, James Warren, Jordan Heckman, Justin Burden and Ritter Melbye on completing First Aid and CPR Level C training.  These five people have volunteered themselves to help make our workplace and community a safer place.  Heather Lindey from the Red Cross provided extensive training for them here in our Learning Centre boardroom on February 11th and 12th, 2015.  Now we can all feel a safer and more confident knowing that Dan, James, Jordan, Justin and Ritter are nearby and ready to help in time of need.  Thank you gentlemen for your generous contribution to society.

Quartek is pleased to announce that Sam Persano is now a member of the Ontario Association of Architects  as a licenced Architect.  Sam joined the Quartek Team in 2003 and continues to work with a wide variety of  clients and project types.  His major asset is being able to collaborate with all disciplines and maintain clear communication with the contractors and owners from the early schematic design stage through to the completion of construction

Community Care December 17, 2014

Nancy McIntosh from Community Care dropped by yesterday to thank us for taking part in the Fill a Holiday Barrel.  In addition to raising money through ‘Casual Fridays’ throughout the year, we here at Quartek Place were able to fill the barrel twice with non-perishable foods, clothing, toys and essentials.

Thanks goes out to the employees of Quartek Group, Armstrong Communications, CMS Intelligence and Niagara Sustainability Initiative and anyone else who took part in this great cause.
