Eric Flora has over twenty-five years of experience of progressive public and private sector service delivery and civil/transportation engineering experience. He has been involved in planning, environmental assessment, preliminary and detailed design, contract administration, field supervision and coordination of residential, site plan and subdivision developments, transportation and municipal servicing projects.
