Over the past few weeks, Quartek Group has been carefully monitoring the COVID-19 situation, ensuring we are prepared and able to provide a necessary and sensible response to evolving developments and prioritizing the safety and welfare of our employees, and clients.
We continue to follow what we understand to be the latest guidance from the World Health Organization, the Public Health Agency of Canada, the federal and provincial governments, the Niagara Region Health Services.
In a step to protect the health and safety of our staff, partners and clients, Quartek Group is closing our office to anyone other than our employees as of 5pm today, and any employees who are able to will be working remotely until further notice.
We are committed to our employees and to you and this should not impact our service levels to our valued clients. We are confident we have the appropriate tools and processes in place to cope with the challenges we may face in the coming months as a result of COVID-19.
Our staff will continue to be available via email Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to serve our clients and partners. We will continue to share information with you as this situation evolves and will keep our staff, clients and partners updated through our website and emails.
