These exclusive townhouses were built overlooking the Niagara-on-the-Lake Marina at the mouth of the Niagara River and Lake Ontario.

The 3-storey units were carefully designed to take full advantage of the views with expansive windows and a series of tiered balconies.  Interior features include high ceilings, rough-in for a private elevator and utilization of a high velocity HVAC system.

The team at Quartek Group Inc. was responsible for the preparation of working drawings and contract documents for all units for construction.  As the Architect of Record, Quartek worked with designer, Philip Beesley Architect.  Quartek was also responsible for the municipal services, site grading and drainage for the project (including grading of the road and parking areas, underground services, sanitary and storm drainage and water supply).
