Quartek Group was retained by Park Lane Farms to design their 24,000 s.f. Packing and Shipping Addition. The program included administrative offices with employee amenities such as change rooms and lunchroom areas and the vital preparation, packing and shipping areas complete with high security vault storage for the outgoing product. The Pre-engineered building structure allowed for the large clear-span area allowing for maximum flexibility for the interior space.

Quartek provided full-service consulting services including architectural and engineering and involved in coordination with the pre-engineered structure and interior design of the facility to ensure a seamless transition from design to construction. Quartek was also involved with site planning and engineering.
