Niagara Ina Grafton Gage Village, in conjunction with Kenmore Management Inc., engage Quartek Group Inc. to develop a new 137,700 ft² (12,700 m²), 4 storey, 79-unit Seniors Life-Lease apartment building in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Quartek Group Inc. designed all aspects of the project, developed marketing materials, and worked with authorities to acquire all approvals. Quartek Group’s integrated design team provided architectural, landscape, structural, mechanical, and electrical consulting services. The outcome resulted in both a practical and attractive living environment which compliments and enhances the community.

Quartek Group received the “Peter J. Stokes Heritage Commendation 2013” award from The Honourable Lord Mayor of Niagara-on-the-Lake for “Good contemporary Design of Stone Road Village 453 Hunter Road.”
