Doug Peters

P. Eng.

Doug has been with Quartek and its predecessor companies since 1988 and has served as president of the firm since 2015. His technical experience relates primarily to municipal infrastructure and encompasses all aspects of the design consulting spectrum, from feasibility and environmental assessment through conceptual and detailed design, tender and construction administration. This includes new construction and replacement or rehabilitation of roadways, parking facilities, drainage and stormwater management works, sanitary sewers, water supply and distribution systems, pumping stations, site grading, irrigation and outdoor recreational facilities. He is well versed in projects for both public and private sectors. In addition to an extensive list of land development projects, Doug’s portfolio includes work for DSBN, NCDSB, Brock University, Niagara Parks Commission, Parks Canada, Niagara Region, and all of its 11 constituent municipalities. He has demonstrated strength in achieving optimal global solutions that satisfy all stakeholders.
