James joined Quartek in 2024 with 17 years of industry experience, predominantly in Food and Beverage, with the last 10 years being in the Wine Industry. James has led several small and large multi-disciplinary projects as a Process/Project Engineer and as a Continuous Improvement Manager. James has a passion for Sustainability and Continuous Improvement and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, with several projects exhibiting marked cost-savings and energy efficiency.
