OAA, M.Arch., B.A.S. Architect
Jimmy, who had previously completed several successful summer internships with Quartek, officially became a member of the Architectural team in 2021 as an Intern Architect. He has since worked in close collaboration with our architects and project managers on a range of projects, from the early planning and schematic phase to construction documentation and contract administration. His portfolio includes a diverse mix of civic, institutional, and hospitality/tourism projects. His ability to develop creative design solutions for projects with unique constraints has impressed clients. Of particular note is his exceptional work on the ongoing renovations of the Woodland Cultural Centre, one of Canada’s oldest and longest-running residential schools. In addition to his design capabilities, Jimmy’s expertise in three-dimensional modeling and rendering has enabled him to produce photorealistic images, giving clients a better visualization of their projects. In 2023, Jimmy became a licensed Architect with the OAA. His contributions continue to add significant value to the team.
