Quartek was engaged by Fed Ex to provide architectural and engineering services to prepare technical drawings for the expansion of their warehouse and office renovation located on Eastchester Ave E to accommodate for the increased demand in courier service.

The project involved the redesign of warehouse operating space and redesign of the customer/administration space. The warehouse expanded area required conveyor expansion and future roller platform installation.

The renovated office area and office expansion has been designed to the latest Fed Ex corporate materials and colours.

The project also took into consideration the latest OBC Accessible Standards and improved digital security system.
