Stamford Collegiate is located on Drummond Road in Niagara Falls, Ontario. The building is built on a hill with a first-floor elevation change of six meters from the shop wing to the first floor of the original building. The original section of the building was built in 1920 with several additions in the 1960s, an addition in 1972, and some minor additions more recently.

Quartek Group provided the standpipe system review, life safety systems review and fire alarm upgrade, intrusion alarm upgrade, electrical distribution replacement and upgrade, heating system piping, unit ventilation equipment, addition of classroom ventilation, Air Handling Units replacement, fan coils and convection heating system replacement, and addition of ventilation in the auto, wood and technology shops, consolidation and replacement of pumping and valves to the boiler rooms, upgrade from pneumatic to digital direct controls (BAS), addition of kitchen make up air units, installation of new domestic hot water heaters and associated pumping and piping, and central washroom upgrades.

New installation of power feeders to all new mechanical equipment, replacing the electrical distribution system throughout the facility including new panelboards and branch wiring to end devices, a new natural gas-fired back up generator to serve emergency lighting and power other essential equipment, new indoor and outdoor lighting, fire alarm, and new Public Address systems.
